Water has many application in the Marble, Granite & Stone cutting & processing industries. It is used from cutting of the stone until the polishing stages. It is necessary to use water in order to avoid overheating of the cutting tools as well as to reduce the dust generated through different processing application. The generated quantity of the dirty water and mud depends on the type of material to be processed (like Stone, granite, marble, engineered stone etc) & the number of machines in operation in the plant. Recycling, treatment & dewatering of this mud or waste water is applied in order to achieve a closed loop production cycle.
